The Senior HR Generalist / Executive plays a pivotal role in supporting the HR department's initiatives and programs, contributing to a thriving organizational culture. The Senior HR Generalist / Executive acts as a vital link between management and employees, ensuring the effective implementation of policies and strategic initiatives. Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee the recruitment process to attract top-tier talent.
  • Develop and implement HR strategies that align with business objectives.
  • Conduct employee onboarding and offboarding processes with a focus on detail.
  • Provide expert guidance on employee relations and conflict resolution.
  • Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal labor laws and regulations.
  • Lead performance evaluation and management processes for all employees.
  • Design and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and development.
  • Collaborate with department leaders to develop and refine HR policies.
  • Analyze HR metrics and data to drive decision-making and strategic planning.
  • Facilitate effective communication between management and employees across levels.
  • Support diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives within the organization.
  • Continuously seek ways to improve HR systems and operational efficiencies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in an HR generalist role.
  • Strong understanding of labor legislation and payroll processes.
  • Proven experience with HRIS and recruitment platforms is essential.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately.
  • Proven problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
