Senior HR Executive

We are looking for a Sr. HR Executive / Assistant HR Manager with hands-on manufacturing industry experience and strong knowledge of JAFZA HR processes.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

✔ Oversee daily HR operations and manage a small HR team
✔ End-to-end recruitment, onboarding & induction
✔ JAFZA portal activities, visa processing & gate pass applications
✔ Attendance, leave & payroll coordination
✔ Employee relations, grievances & disciplinary actions
✔ HR policies, compliance & free-zone labour regulations
✔ Performance appraisals, KPIs & employee development plans
✔ Employee engagement, retention & recognition initiatives
✔ HR reports, analytics & management dashboards
✔ Liaison with government authorities, auditors & external agencies

🔹 Requirements:

✔ Bachelor’s degree in HR / Business Administration or related field
✔ 6–10 years of progressive HR experience (manufacturing preferred)
✔ Strong knowledge of JAFZA & UAE labor laws
✔ Experience with HR systems (Oracle / SAP / Zoho People)
✔ Excellent communication, leadership & multitasking skills

🔹 Preferred:

✔ CIPD / SHRM / CHRP certification
✔ Experience in both operational & strategic HR roles
✔ Strong decision-making and leadership abilities
