Apt Resources is seeking an experienced Senior Housekeeping Supervisor to oversee and maintain impeccable household standards for a VIP private family Abu Dhabi, UAE. This role requires a highly professional individual who can lead housekeeping staff with discretion and efficiency, ensuring the private residence is maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and order.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise housekeeping staff to ensure all areas of the residence are kept immaculate.
• Develop and oversee cleaning schedules and procedures tailored to the needs of a VIP private family.
• Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and household equipment, ensuring timely replenishment.
• Ensure all housekeeping activities comply with health, safety, and confidentiality standards appropriate to a private residence.
• Coordinate with other household staff and external service providers as needed.
• Address and resolve any housekeeping-related issues promptly and professionally.
• Maintain strict confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
  
  

• Minimum of 7 years experience in a senior housekeeping role, preferably for VIP/private families or luxury residences.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
