About Jumeirah Zabeel Saray

Jumeirah Zabeel Saray is an exclusive beachside resort located in the west crescent of Palm Jumeirah in Dubai. About The Job

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Guests Service Assistant for Jumeirah Zabeel Saray.

The Main Duties And Responsibilities Of This Role Include

  • Answers all calls promptly and professionally, handling guest requests and messages efficiently while maintaining service standards.
  • Coordinates guest requests with relevant departments, ensures timely follow-up, and monitors satisfaction.
  • Manages emergencies and follows hotel safety procedures to ensure guest security and smooth operations.
  • Maintains accurate records, updates reports and systems, and ensures proper communication during shift handovers.
  • Supports team training, upholds grooming and service standards, and assists in revenue generation through upselling.

About You

The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:

  • Experience in hospitality or similar customer service role
  • Educated to college degree
  • Communicates Effectively (eMail, Telephone – Listening Skills, Writing Skills and Verbal communication etc.)
  • Lead by Example
  • Team Player - Collaborates positively and effectively with others and team
