The Role

Our Marketing department are looking for a Senior Graphic Designer to join their team.


Key responsibilities:

  • Produce high-quality visual output across Richmond Properties' marketing, sales, digital, social, event, presentation, and client-facing materials, ensuring all work is consistent with brand standards and commercially effective.
  • Support the creative function by contributing to campaign concepts, property marketing materials, decks, brochures, social media assets, event collateral, signage, and internal templates.
  • Work closely with the Marketing Manager and wider marketing team to translate briefs into strong visual executions and high-quality design output.
  • Contribute to creative idea generation for campaigns, listings, events, social content, agent materials, and brand activity.
  • Produce design work across resale, leasing, off-plan, luxury, developer-led, investment, and international property campaigns.
  • Design and produce sales presentations, corporate decks, pitch documents, project brochures, property flyers, agent materials, event materials, social media templates, digital ads, email assets, and campaign visuals.
  • Ensure Richmond Properties' decks, presentations, and client-facing documents are visually polished, commercially persuasive, and appropriate for high-value real estate audiences.
  • Support the production of video and photography content by providing creative direction, graphic overlays, motion elements, and edited assets as required.
  • Work with the photography and videography teams to ensure visual content is composed, styled, and delivered to a consistently high standard.
  • Review your own work before delivery, ensuring layout, typography, hierarchy, imagery, spacing, colour, brand usage, and final finish are correct.
  • Use and contribute to creative guidelines, design templates, presentation systems, social media templates, campaign layouts, and brand assets to maintain consistency across the business.
  • Help maintain an organised creative asset library, including brand files, templates, campaign artwork, presentation layouts, photography, icons, fonts, and approved visual references.
  • Deliver fast, commercially useful creative solutions for urgent campaigns, sales requests, property launches, and business priorities.
  • Manage your own workload effectively, ensuring work is prioritised and delivered on time across design, social media, campaigns, events, and sales support.
  • Monitor competitor creative standards, luxury real estate marketing, campaign design trends, social media formats, and visual best practice in Dubai and internationally.
  • Identify opportunities to improve templates, visual standards, and production quality within your own work and output.
  • Support the team in managing external creative suppliers where required, including printers, production partners, and event suppliers.

In addition to the tasks described above, the job holder may be required to carry out other duties as may reasonably be required from time to time.



Requirements

The successful candidate will have:

  • Minimum 4 years' experience in design, brand design, real estate marketing, luxury marketing, advertising, or a related creative role.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating high-quality design across campaigns, presentations, brand materials, digital assets, social media content, and sales materials.
  • Solid understanding of visual identity, layout, typography, image selection, hierarchy, colour, composition, and design systems.
  • Experience producing creative work for real estate, luxury, lifestyle, hospitality, architecture, interiors, or other premium sectors.
  • Understanding of how creative work supports sales, brand perception, agent credibility, campaign performance, and client trust.
  • Ability to translate commercial briefs into strong visual executions with clear creative direction.
  • Experience creating decks, presentations, brochures, event collateral, social media assets, digital ads, campaign materials, and brand templates.
  • Working knowledge of video production, motion graphics, social content formats, and property marketing content.
  • Good project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple briefs, deadlines, revisions, and approvals simultaneously.
  • Ability to work effectively with marketing, sales, agents, photographers, videographers, and external suppliers.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to identify weak design, inconsistent branding, poor layout, and unfinished creative work.
  • Organised, reliable, self-motivated, and comfortable working in a fast-moving sales-led real estate environment.
  • Practical, commercial mindset with a clear understanding that creative work must be visually strong, brand-aligned, and useful to the business.
  • High proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, PowerPoint, Figma, Canva, presentation design, digital design tools, and commonly used creative production platforms.
