Role: Senior Graphic Designer (Brand, Social Media & AI-Driven Design)

Job Summary

We are a fast-growing Security Services company building a strong marketing operations hub in Dubai to support our U.S. market. We are seeking a Senior Graphic Designer with strong branding expertise, social media design experience, and hands-on experience using AI-powered design tools. This role will be responsible for maintaining and improving our brand across social media, website visuals, and marketing assets. This is a senior role with creative ownership. You will work closely with leadership and marketing and be expected to bring ideas, improve processes, and elevate brand perception.

Responsibilities

• Lead and maintain the company’s visual brand identity across all platforms
• Own the design and visual direction for social media, including post templates, campaign visuals, and brand consistency
• Design and continuously improve website visuals, layouts, and user experience in collaboration with developers
• Create high-quality marketing and sales materials, including proposals, pitch decks, brochures, case studies, and digital assets
• Develop, maintain, and enforce brand guidelines
• Collaborate closely with leadership, marketing, and sales teams on creative direction
• Use AI-powered design tools to accelerate concept development and improve workflow efficiency
• Manage projects from concept to final delivery
• Present design concepts clearly and incorporate feedback professionally
• Manage multiple projects and deadlines independently

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of graphic design fundamentals (typography, layout, color theory, branding)
• Professional experience using AI design tools such as Adobe Firefly, Photoshop AI (Generative Fill), Midjourney, DALL·E, Figma AI, Runway, or similar
• Ability to use AI strategically and responsibly in a professional design workflow
• Fluent in English (written and spoken)
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and Figma
• Strong understanding of social media design best practices
• Experience improving website visuals and UI/UX
• Ability to explain design decisions and think strategically
• Strong attention to detail and quality standards
• Experience in security guard services, government contracting, or services marketing is an advantage
• Ability to work night shift aligned with U.S. (Los Angeles) operations
• Candidates who can join immediately and must be in Dubai, United Arab Emirates

Preferred Qualifications

• 4+ years of professional graphic design experience
• Experience in B2B, corporate, or service-based industries
• Motion graphics or video design experience
