We are looking for a Senior Graphic Designer with strong branding, packaging, and retail design experience to support our growing Private Label portfolio.
This role is both strategic and production heavy.
You will work directly on rebranding four private label brands, developing packaging systems, creating storefront visuals, and designing merchandising materials for both online and brick and mortar environments.
This is a three month part time contract with potential extension based on performance and business needs.
Key Responsibilities
Brand Development and Rebranding
Lead the rebranding of four private label brands
Design or refine logos
Develop complete visual identity systems
Create structured brand guidelines
Ensure consistency across categories and SKUs
Packaging Design
Design scalable packaging systems across multiple SKUs
Adapt designs to different formats and sizes
Prepare print ready files
Collaborate with suppliers and printers
Ensure production feasibility and accuracy
Retail and Merchandising Design
Design product stands and merchandising units for retail environments
Create POS materials and in store branding assets
Ensure strong shelf visibility and brand blocking
Adapt brand identity to physical retail displays
Work with suppliers on structural concepts when needed
Product Storefront and Digital Assets
Create product storefront visuals for online platforms
Design brand assets for website and app
Develop social media branding elements
Ensure visual consistency across online and offline touchpoints
Cross Functional Collaboration
Work closely with the Creative Director on brand direction
Partner with Head of Private Label on product positioning
Align with product, marketing, and operations teams
Manage timelines and deliverables independently
What We Are Looking For
6 to 8 plus years of experience in graphic design
Strong portfolio showing branding, packaging, and retail display work
Proven experience designing logos and developing brand guidelines
Experience in product branding, preferably FMCG or retail
Strong understanding of packaging production and print processes
Experience designing retail stands, POS materials, or merchandising units
Excellent English proficiency, written and spoken
Arabic knowledge is a strong plus
Graphic Design Agency background preferred
Ability to handle both conceptual work and high volume execution
Strong attention to detail and file organization
Ability to manage multiple brands simultaneously
Technical Skills
Advanced Adobe Creative Suite
Strong Illustrator skills for logo and packaging development
Experience preparing print ready artwork
Understanding of dielines, materials, finishes, and printing techniques
