One of our client, a prestigious international law firm, is currently seeking a Senior Fund Lawyer to complete its team. Renowned for its international expertise and its constant growth, this law firm is specialized in Funds, Banling & Finance, Corporate M&A and Tax.

Your Responsibilities |Funds - AIF - Lawyer - Law Firm - UCITS

• You will be involved in the full lifecycle of fund transactions, from structuring and launch to reorganization and ongoing strategic operations, with a strong focus on regulated vehicles including AIF and UCITS.
• You will actively contribute to the drafting, review and negotiation of key legal documents in a transactional context.
• You will work alongside your colleagues and international teams, taking part in complex cross-border files, gaining increasing autonomy and becoming a key contact for clients throughout the execution of transactions.
  
  

Profile and Career Path | Funds - AIF - Lawyer - Law Firm - UCITS

• You have at least 5 years of experience as Fund Lawyer in a law firm in Luxembourg.
• You are fluent in English and in French facilitating your daily communications with both clients and colleagues, any other languages remaining an asset.
• You have a solid background in the handling of fund transactions and ideally have already been exposed to AIF and UCITS.
• You are motivated to join a dynamic and supportive team, and are looking for an environment where you can further develop your expertise while being part of a collaborative and people-oriented culture.

• An annual gross salary that could reach 140 000€ depending on your level of experience and seniority under independent status.
