Senior Freight Forwarding Operations & Customs Executive (Arabic Speaking)

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Freight Forwarding Operations & Customs Executive (Arabic Speaking) at Black Pearl Shipping Services located in Dubai.

Key Requirements

* Arabic speaking is mandatory

* Good command of English for international communication

* Minimum 3–5 years UAE freight-forwarding experience

* Strong hands-on knowledge of Dubai Trade / Mirsal 2

* Excellent knowledge of Jebel Ali Port and Dubai Customs procedures

* Experience preparing and processing Bill of Entry (BOE)

* Import, Export, Transit and Re-Export declarations

* Strong experience with LCL shipments

* Knowledge of FCL, Air Freight and Road Freight is an advantage

* Understanding of HS Codes, customs duties and required clearance documentation

* Experience dealing with shipping lines, NVOCCs, CFS facilities, transporters and customs
