Responsibilities

• Develop and manage comprehensive financial models to forecast company performance and profitability.

• Provide insightful financial analysis and reporting for senior management and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with department heads to develop budgets and financial plans aligned with company objectives.
• Assist in the preparation of quarterly and annual financial reports and presentations.

• Support the development and implementation of automated reporting tools and dashboards.
• Evaluate and assess financial performance of investment projects and business initiatives.

• Monitor financial performance indicators and provide actionable insights for improvement.
• Prepare ad-hoc financial analyses and reports to support business initiatives.
• Ensure accuracy and consistency in all financial data and analysis provided.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field is required.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial planning and analysis roles.
• Strong proficiency with financial modeling and forecasting techniques.
• Advanced knowledge of financial software and tools such as Excel, SAP, or Oracle.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to communicate complex financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders effectively.
• Demonstrated experience in developing and managing budgets and financial plans.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in financial reporting.
• Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI is a plus.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
