As a Senior Financial Controller, you will be a crucial part of our finance team, responsible for overseeing financial reporting, analysis, budgeting, and forecasting processes. This senior-level position requires strong leadership skills and the ability to manage a team of finance professionals. You will be tasked with ensuring compliance with financial regulations and standards while providing strategic financial insights to support the company’s business objectives. Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the preparation of financial statements and reports for accuracy and compliance.
• Develop and implement effective financial strategies, processes, and procedures to enhance efficiency.
• Lead the budgeting process, including annual budget preparation and ongoing budgetary control.
• Analyze financial data and provide forecasts to support strategic decision-making processes.
• Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and requirements, internally and externally.
• Direct financial audits and coordinate internal and external auditing activities.
• Provide leadership and direction to the finance team, fostering a culture of high performance.
• Coordinate with department heads to align financial management practices with organizational goals.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field is required.
• Professional certification such as CPA, CFA, or CMA is highly preferred.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in financial management or planning roles.
• Demonstrated experience in managing financial teams and complex financial operations.
• Strong understanding of financial regulations, compliance standards, and auditing practices.
• Excellent analytical skills and proficiency in financial software and modeling tools.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to facilitate collaboration with various stakeholders.
