The Senior Financial Controller is a crucial role in our finance team, responsible for overseeing the company's financial health and ensuring long-term fiscal stability. This position involves managing the financial planning process, preparing and analyzing reports, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations. Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee all financial aspects including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies.
• Develop and implement strategic financial plans that align with company goals.
• Lead the preparation and analysis of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Collaborate with department heads to develop budgets and monitor financial performance.
• Analyze financial data to identify trends, opportunities, and risks for business decisions.
• Implement and oversee financial controls to maintain the integrity of financial information.
• Provide financial insights and recommendations to the executive management team.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) preferred.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in finance or accounting roles.
• Proven track record of leading financial teams and managing complex financial projects.
• Strong knowledge of financial regulations, accounting standards, and best practices.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and leadership skills are required.
• Exceptional communication skills to interact with all levels of the organization.
