As a Senior Financial Analyst, you will partner with global R&D leaders to drive financial strategy and enable life-changing technologies. What You Will Do

  • Manage end-to-end FP&A responsibilities for approximately $160M in annual R&D spend across global functions.
  • Perform financial modeling and strategic analysis to guide decisions on new product development and clinical trial investments.
  • Lead monthly close activities, including journal entries, variance analysis, and insightful reporting with commentary.
  • Build annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and long-range plans in collaboration with R&D and Clinical leadership.
  • Analyze financial performance, identify trends, and deliver actionable insights to drive business results.
  • Develop and maintain reporting tools and dashboards to support performance tracking and decision-making.
  • Prepare high-quality financial presentations and materials for senior leadership.
  • Drive process improvements to streamline financial reporting and enhance business support.

What You Will Need

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Finance or Accounting.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience building dashboards in Power BI.
  • CPA or CMA certification.

Work Flexibility: This is a hybrid position with an expectation to be onsite 2-3 days in Fremont, California.

$69,500 - $144,200 salary plus bonus eligible + benefits. Individual pay is based on skills, experience, and other relevant factors.
