Reporting to the Finance Manager, you will join Conagra’s Global Financial Planning and Analysis team in Chicago, Illinois, supporting the Sales, General, and Administrative function across multiple business areas. You will partner closely with cross‑functional leaders to deliver insightful financial analysis, lead forecasting and budgeting processes, and support strategic decision‑making. A Taste Of Your Responsibilities
- Own end‑to‑end Sales, General, and Administrative expense planning and forecasting for multiple business functions, including assumption governance, phasing, and variance analysis.
- Serve as a finance partner to functional leaders by challenging inputs, translating strategy into financial implications, and recommending actions to improve performance and resource allocation.
- Deliver monthly and quarterly senior leadership‑facing expense reviews and materials, synthesizing complex data into clear narratives, key risks and opportunities, and decision‑ready recommendations.
- Identify and lead process improvements, including standardization, automation, and controls, to increase forecast agility, reduce manual effort, and strengthen data integrity.
- Lead and support cross‑functional finance initiatives and special analyses; act as a trusted resource for stakeholders and contribute to team capability through informal mentoring and knowledge sharing.
Ingredients Required For Your Success
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or related field
- Five or more years of financial work experience.
- Experience partnering with cross‑functional leaders and influencing decision‑making through financial insights.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem‑solving skills with a continuous improvement mindset.

Compensation
Pay Range:$81,000-$118,000
The annual salary listed above is the expected offering for this position. An employee’s actual annual salary will be based on but not limited to: location, relevant experience/level and skillset, while balancing internal Conagra employees’ equity. Conagra Brands will comply with applicable law regarding minimum salaries for exempt employees.
