Senior Financial Advisor / Team Leader / Wealth Manager – Build Your Own Advisory Business:

Their client base reflects Dubai’s diverse population, supported by a multicultural advisory team representing over 40 nationalities. Advisors operate from prestigious offices in Emaar Square, serving clients across all communities with comprehensive financial and insurance solutions.
The Opportunity
This role is designed for experienced Independent Financial Advisors who want to build and own their own advisory business under a trusted and well-established brokerage. Advisors with leadership ambition can progress into Team Leader or Sales Manager positions, with structured support to recruit, develop, and manage advisory teams.
This is not a salaried sales role. It is a performance-driven, entrepreneurial opportunity focused on long-term client relationships, recurring income, and professional ownership.
Relocation support to Dubai may be available for suitable international candidates.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Provide professional advice across Life Insurance, long-term savings and investment planning, General Insurance, Employee Benefits, and personal lines
- Build and manage a long-term client portfolio, generating renewal and trail income
- Prospect, develop, and close new business through networking, referrals, and lead generation
- Conduct in-depth client meetings to understand financial goals and deliver tailored solutions
- Maintain accurate and compliant client records
- Service existing clients through regular reviews and ongoing financial planning
- Stay current with regulatory, legislative, and market developments
- Liaise with internal teams, providers, and external professionals such as accountants and solicitors
- For qualified candidates, recruit, mentor, and lead advisors as part of a Team Leader / Sales Manager role

Candidate Profile
Skills
You will be an experienced, driven financial services professional with a long-term mindset and strong client-facing skills. You will also demonstrate:

- Proven networking, business development, and lead-generation capability
- Sound financial awareness and commercial judgement
- Excellent organisation, planning, and time-management skills
- Results-driven mindset with a strong sales culture
- An existing client bank is advantageous but not essential.
Experience & Qualifications
- Degree holder
- Ideally UK CISI Diploma Level 4 qualified, or studying toward it
- 2–3+ years’ experience within an independent financial advisory or brokerage environment
- Chartered Insurance Institute (CII) qualifications are a distinct advantage
- UAE market experience preferred, but not essential
