Senior Finance Manager

A UAE-based infrastructure company operating in the Waste-to-Energy sector is seeking a Senior Finance Manager to take ownership of its finance function. This is a hands-on role working closely with shareholders, lenders, and senior leadership in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver accurate and timely reporting to shareholders and lenders
• Lead the implementation of a new finance system and automate reporting processes
• Manage financial modelling, budgeting, and cash flow planning
• Maintain strong governance, financial controls, and IFRS compliance
• Partner with senior leadership on commercial and strategic finance matters
  
  

Skills & Experience

• Proven hands-on finance background with full ownership of a finance function
• Sector experience in Power, Infrastructure, Utilities, or Waste-to-Energy is essential
• Solid understanding of project finance, lender reporting, and PPP accounting
• Experience working within joint ventures or government-related organisations
• Comfortable operating in a lean team environment where a practical, sleeves-rolled-up approach is expected
• Confident communicating financial performance to shareholders and lenders
• Highly organised, proactive, and deadline-driven
