We are looking for a Senior Finance Data Analyst II, MEA to drive finance data governance, quality, and transformation initiatives across the Middle East & Africa region.

This is a highly visible role positioned at the intersection of Finance, Data Office, Digital, ERP, and Business teams.

If you are passionate about data governance, finance transformation, ERP programs, and enabling data-driven decision making, this role offers the opportunity to influence strategic initiatives, shape finance data maturity, and contribute to major programs such as UNIFY and digital finance transformation.

What will you do?

  • Define and execute the MEA finance data strategy aligned with Schneider Electric's global data vision and governance framework.
  • Drive accountability for finance data quality across business units, countries, and functional teams.
  • Own Finance Data KPIs, monitor performance, and lead continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Conduct root-cause analyses of systemic data quality issues and coordinate corrective action plans.
  • Support and develop the Finance Data Steward community and governance network across MEA.
  • Lead Finance Data Office participation in strategic transformation programs, including UNIFY and future digital transformation initiatives.
  • Ensure data readiness and business adoption of enterprise analytics and reporting platforms.
  • Influence cross-functional stakeholders and drive change management initiatives supporting Schneider Electric's data-first finance operating model.

  • Master's degree in finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Information Systems, Data Management, or related field.
  • Significant experience in Finance, Data Management, Finance Transformation, ERP deployment programs, or related disciplines.
  • Strong understanding of financial reporting, controlling, and finance processes.
  • Experience working in a complex international and multicultural environment.
