Senior Finance Analyst

Kinetic is working with a reputable Pharmaceutical company actively recruiting a Senior Finance Analyst to be based in Dubai

Key aspects of the role include:

• Conduct general account analysis, including bank statements, Fixed assets, accruals, and expenses.
• Month-end closing activities including accruals and revenue/cost analysis
• Provide financial insights to support decision-making and performance improvement
• Support preparation of annual budgets, rolling forecasts, and long-range financial plans
• Support management in developing financial models for business planning and decision support.
• Assist in financial audits and compliance activities, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements and internal policies.

To be successful you will need to meet the following:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in financial analysis.
• Pharmaceutical or life science industry experience is a must.
• Strong experience in FP&A, finance business partnership and financial accounting operations
• Strong proficiency in financial modelling, Excel, and ERP systems
• Excellent analytical skills with a keen attention to detail and accuracy.
