Senior Executive - Soft Services

Job Description

Senior Executive - Soft Services is a mid-level management role responsible for overseeing non-technical facility operations such as cleaning, security, pest control, landscaping, and waste management .

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily delivery of soft services across properties, ensuring high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
• Manage third-party service providers, monitor their performance against KPIs and SLAs, and conduct regular site inspections.
• Lead and coach onsite supervisors and staff, managing shift rotations and manpower allocation.
• Ensure all operations adhere to statutory regulations, health and safety standards (HSE), and quality assurance frameworks.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, handling escalations and providing monthly activity reports to senior management.
• Assist in managing departmental budgets, tracking expenses, and identifying cost-saving opportunities.
  
  

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field. BICSc accreditation or PMP/Prince2 certification is highly advantageous.
• 5–8+ years of experience in facilities management or soft services operations, preferably in the UAE or GCC.
