About The Job

An opportunity has arisen for a Senior Executiveto join the Revenue and Reservations at Jumeirah Creekside. The main duties and responsibilities of this role:

  • Manage and effectively lead the Reservation Agents to ensure all tasks and responsibilities are executed to the highest standards each day.
  • Act as a point of contact for hotel teams for urgent reservations related quires and highlight risk to the business.
  • Support Revenue team in maximizing the opportunities to sell and upsell rooms and rates.
  • You will be required to take ownership to drive and deliver your own performance in line with Jumeirah standards for reservation conversion, quality, customer service response times and your personal productivity and efficiency.
  • Ensure daily tasks are completed in line with Jumeirah Standards, ensuring feedback and training provided to colleagues where required. Support Revenue Team in implementing revenue strategy for the hotel.

About You

The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:

  • Previous 5 Star Luxury Hospitality experience
  • Strong Communication Skills
  • Team Player - Collaborates positively and effectively with others and team
  • Flexible and adaptable to changing business needs and processes
  • Time Management/ Adherence to schedule
