Key Responsibilities

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Post vacancies on relevant recruitment platforms and build strong talent pipelines for assigned Business Units.
  • Coordinate interviews, communicate outcomes, and maintain professional candidate engagement.
  • Support onboarding activities, including documentation, visa coordination, immersion planning, and new joiner announcements.
  • Maintain recruitment trackers and prepare weekly, monthly, and periodic reports.
  • Support ad-hoc People & Culture projects as required.
