About The Job
An opportunity has arisen for a Senior Executive – Project Delivery to join Dubai Holding Real Estate. The Senior Executive will be responsible to support with project delivery activities for multiple projects as required for the delivery of the project by a set deadline to support business objectives.
The Main Duties And Responsibilities Of This Role
Assist in managing projects by supporting the monitoring of progress, tracking resource requirements, and ensuring adherence to project delivery timelines, helping to ensure projects stay on track.
Support project communication plans by assisting in identifying and addressing issues that may arise during project execution, facilitating smooth communication within the team.
Support the change management process by assisting in the documentation and communication of change requests, their impacts on schedules and budgets, and ensuring they align with business objectives.
Collaborate with stakeholders to assist in planning and resolving issues such as schedule changes, inventory modifications, and quality deviations, ensuring the project progresses smoothly.
Support with the implementation of contractor mitigation plans by supporting procurement, resource allocation, and tracking execution plans to ensure project schedules are maintained.
Participate in project design meetings to help ensure that all parties are aligned with the project designs and business objectives, providing support in discussions.
Track project budgets by supporting cost consultants in validating estimates and ensuring efficient management at each design stage.
Coordinate with contractors and consultants to help align and manage their scopes of work, ensuring that all tasks are completed on time and within the project budget.
Assist in monitoring and managing project risks by tracking, issue lists, status reports, and meeting notes to keep the project on schedule.
Track project costs against budgets periodically, providing support in preparing financial reports and assisting in data gathering for decision-making.
Build and maintain a network of project stakeholders and collaborating with partners and clients to ensure project success.
Provide technical support to the project team.
Manage data gathering and analysis for project reports, consolidating information to help prepare qualitative and timely dashboard and MIS reports for management.
Prepare progress reports for stakeholders, helping ensure that management has the necessary updates to make informed decisions.
Stay informed about industry trends and best practices, assisting in applying relevant insights to ensure effective project management strategies and keeping projects aligned with current standards.
About You
The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:
Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Civil Engineering.
Professional certification in Project Management – preferred
Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in construction or project management in related industry in managing diverse projects successfully
Ms. Office suite – Power-point; Power BI (Business intelligence) for dashboards/ reports
Stakeholder management
Project Management skills.
Ability in identifying, assessing, and mitigating project risks to minimize potential disruptions.
Project planning and Budget tracking
Skilled in tracking project scope, including handling scope changes effectively.
Excellent communication skills to convey project status, issues, and updates to stakeholders at all levels.
Adaptability and Time Management.
Ability to maintain accurate project documentation and reports.
