Job Overview

Heres your chance to step into the role of Senior Executive – Platforms - Dubai Holding Entertainment. In this position, youll take on key responsibilities that include:

• Provide oversight of end-to-end solution delivery, ensuring alignment with architectural standards and enterprise strategy
• Maintains expert knowledge of the Digital and IT marketplace, existing and emerging technology trends, current initiatives and competitive offerings
• Evangelizes a culture of service for all IT services
• Develops and enables process improvements and documentation
• Collaborate closely with internal/external teams to guide technical decisions and remove delivery blockers
• Influence and shape the delivery operating model to drive continuous improvement, scalability and high performance
• Drive issue resolution and manage risk and dependencies that may impact the business
• Engage with enterprise architecture, cybersecurity, infrastructure and other key stakeholders to ensure delivery readiness and compliance
• Ensure timely provisioning of infrastructure, environments and other enablers required for successful site delivery
• Represent IT as needed, supporting program governance and stakeholder engagement activities
• Build strong partnerships with senior stakeholders across business, technology, operations and external vendors to ensure project outcomes are achieved
• Oversee vendor management and performance, ensuring that system integrators and platform providers meet contractual, technical and delivery obligations
• Lead cross-functional delivery forums, promoting collaboration, transparency and shared accountability
• Act as a trusted advisor and key contributor, participating in strategic planning, portfolio prioritisation and site resource planning
  
  

About You

The preferred candidate for this role should possess the following experience and credentials:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field
• 7+ years’ experience in technology delivery, ideally within complex, large enterprise-scale environments
• Application and Infrastructure service delivery, with some combination of digital solutions such as cloud, infrastructure and workplace services
• Hands-on experience of working with and maintaining end user devices – POS, ticketing, digital signage and parking system experience is a plus
• Experience in supplier management, contracts management and managing services provided by 3rd party suppliers
