Job Title: Senior Executive – MIS (for Chairman’s office)

Location: Dubai

Reporting To: Manager – MIS / Head – Finance

Experience: 5–8 Years

Industry: Retail Pharma


Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Senior Executive – MIS with a strong background in financial reporting, analysis, and audit. The role involves managing financial analysis, preparing dashboards, supporting decision-making through data analysis, and ensuring accuracy in financial reporting and compliance, working directly with the Chairman’s Office.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, manage, and deliver periodic MIS reports including P&L statements, balance sheets, and cash flow analyses.
  • Analyze financial performance, key business metrics, and variance from budgets/forecasts.
  • Coordinate with internal departments (sales, operations, procurement) for data collection and analysis.
  • Automate and streamline reporting processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
  • Support budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning exercises.
  • Identify trends and provide actionable insights to management for operational improvements.
  • Collaborate with audit teams and ensure timely resolution of audit findings.
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls and financial reporting standards.
  • Support business reviews, strategy meetings, and investor reporting with data and analysis.
  • Maintain dashboards and KPIs for business leaders and stakeholders.


Required Qualifications & Skills:

  • Educational Qualification: Chartered Accountant (CA) or equivalent qualification.
  • Experience: 3 to 5 years post qualification experience, in MIS, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), Audit, and Financial Reporting roles.
  • Industry Exposure: Prior experience in Retail, E-commerce, or FMCG sectors is desirable.
  • Strong understanding of financial statements, budgeting, cost control, and profitability analysis.
  • Proficient in MS Excel (advanced), PowerPoint, ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.).
  • Knowledge of data visualization tools like Power BI, Tableau is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.


Preferred Attributes:

  • Strong problem-solving ability and business acumen.
  • Experience in handling large volumes of transactional data.
  • Ability to manage deadlines and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exposure to internal or external audits and ability to liaise with auditors.
