About the Job:

An opportunity has arisen for a {Job Title} to join Dubai Holding Asset Management. The main duties and responsibilities of this role include:

  • Prepare, review and process legal documents including leases, service agreements, notices, addenda, assignments and terminations.
  • Conduct legal research.
  • Update to legal development and legislation.
  • Manage engrossment, execution and archiving of legal documents.
  • Maintain legal logs, trackers and contract registers.
  • Coordinate with internal business units on legal documentation workflows.
  • Ensure compliance with approved templates and internal governance controls


About You:

The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:

  • Bachelor of Laws (LLB).
  • 0-1 year relevant corporate legal or law firm experience
  • Clear, concise legal communication
  • Attention to detail and analysis
  • Executive‑level writing
  • Regulatory interpretation and application 
  • Use of legal tech & document management systems
