About The Job:

An opportunity has arisen for a Senior Executive to join Learning and Development in Jumeirah Living World Trade Center. The main duties and responsibilities of this role:

• Plans the Monthly & Annual Training Calendar and Facilitates Departmental Trainers Meeting.
• Verifies Monthly Training Records submitted by all departments and prepares Summary of Training Hours Report and Prepares and submits Trainers Bonus Summary on a monthly basis. 
• Briefs new colleagues related to training matters based on Colleague Induction checklist. 
• Facilitate group training courses that meet identified training needs, ensure all training programs, materials and practices support the achievement of the Jumeirah Vision. 
• Be fully aware of the departmental standards as stated in the SOP and to always comply with set standards.

About you:

The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:

• Team player & Team leader 
• Excellent listening skills 
• Problem solving and follow up abilities 
• Diploma-level qualification from a university or recognized institution in Hospitality, Human Resources, Learning & Development, or a related discipline.
• Previous experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in guest-facing departments such as Front Office, Food & Beverage, Sales, as well as exposure to Human Resources.
• Experience working in a culturally diverse workforce or within a customer service-oriented industry.
• Proven experience in Learning and Development , including administrative coordination and day-to-day operational support.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively under pressure, meet deadlines, and manage multiple priorities.
