About the job: 

An opportunity has arisen for a Senior Executive – Financial Planning & Analysis (National Talent) to join Dubai Holding Real Estate. The main duties and responsibilities of this role include: 

  • Support budgeting and forecasting to ensure accurate financial planning and strong cost control across the business.
  • Deliver timely and reliable management reports that help leaders make informed decisions.
  • Analyse financial performance and identify variances to help improve efficiency and achieve business targets.
  • Partner with departments to gather inputs and ensure alignment in budget planning and performance tracking.
  • Contribute to KPI reporting and financial analysis to monitor progress and highlight risks or opportunities.
  • Maintain and enhance financial models to improve the accuracy of forecasts and business analysis.
  • Improve reporting processes, tools, and systems to increase efficiency and data reliability.
  • Support financial governance by ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and adherence to reporting standards.


About you: 

  • Degree in Finance or Accounting, with a professional qualification (e.g., CA, ACCA, CPA) preferred
  • 3–5 years of experience in finance, with exposure to budgeting, reporting, or financial analysis, ideally within real estate
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and support business decision-making
  • Proficient in Excel and familiar with financial systems, with experience in budgeting or reporting tools considered beneficial
  • Good understanding of financial statements and reporting, with attention to detail and accuracy
  • Able to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work across teams
  • Positive and proactive approach, with exposure to process or system improvements seen as an advantage.
