About the Job:

Here's your chance to step into the role of Senior Executive – Creative & Merchandise at Dubai Holding Entertainment. In this position, you'll take on key responsibilities that include:

• Develop creative merchandise concepts aligned with DPR parks, attractions, brand identity, guest profiles, and commercial objectives.
• Prepare creative briefs, mood boards, product specifications, artwork directions, packaging concepts, and presentation materials.
• Manage the end-to-end product development process, from concept creation and supplier briefing to sampling, costing, approvals, production, and launch.
• Coordinate brand, intellectual property, and stakeholder approvals to ensure all products meet required guidelines and standards.
• Work closely with sourcing teams and suppliers to secure suitable materials, quality samples, competitive pricing, and achievable delivery timelines.
• Review product costs, retail pricing, margins, minimum order quantities, and commercial viability to support sales and profitability.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards, planograms, product displays, signage, and promotional presentation across retail locations.
• Monitor merchandise performance, store presentation, inventory feedback, and range effectiveness, recommending improvements, repeats, markdowns, or discontinuations.

About you:

• Educational background in Product Design, Graphic Design, Fashion, Visual Merchandising, Retail Management, Marketing, or a related field. 
• Strong merchandise and product development experience, including concept creation, sampling, costing, approvals, production follow-up, and retail launch. 
• Creative and visual merchandising skills, with the ability to develop attractive product stories, displays, packaging concepts, and brand-aligned merchandise ranges. 
• Commercial awareness, including understanding of product costing, retail pricing, margins, sell-through, inventory performance, and profitability. 
• Excellent stakeholder and supplier coordination skills, with strong communication, attention to detail, and the ability to manage timelines, approvals, and quality standards.
