The Senior Executive - Commercial Planning is a critical role within our organization, responsible for driving strategic planning and execution of commercial initiatives. This individual will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop comprehensive business plans, optimize commercial strategies, and enhance the overall efficiency and effectiveness of commercial operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, a solid understanding of market dynamics, and an ability to strategically influence business growth. They will be tasked with identifying new business opportunities, evaluating the financial viability of proposals, and developing actionable recommendations to drive sustainable growth. As a Senior Executive, they will also be expected to foster strong relationships with key stakeholders, both internally and externally, to ensure alignment and support for commercial objectives.


Responsibilities

  • Prepare and present business cases and reports for senior management review and approval.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial planning or a similar role.
  • Strong analytical and financial modeling skills to evaluate business proposals.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills for stakeholder engagement.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful commercial strategies.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to business challenges.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM software.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve commercial objectives.
