About the Job: 

An opportunity has arisen for a Business Development Senior Executive to join TECOM. The main duties and responsibilities of this role:

    • Promote sales by identifying new potential leads, to close new sales deals wherein sales targets are achieved and exceeded to ensure revenue through sales for the organization’s profitability.
    • Understand and attend to clients’ needs and provide information on the best real estate buy, prices, advice on forthcoming product developments and discuss special promotions according to customer requirements to ensure customer satisfaction. 
    • Execute sales promotional campaigns and represent the organization at trade exhibitions, events, and demonstrations as per the sales plan and strategy to enhance sales in the region.
    • Make accurate, rapid cost calculations, and provide customers with quotations, negotiate terms of agreement, closing sales variations in price, delivery, and specifications with authorities to ensure sales are made at prices attaining profitable sales results to the Company.
    • Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential customers via meetings, telephone calls, emails, and visits to prospect for new business to ensure good clientele database
    • Scan the local markets, coordinate with real estate brokers, and update the client database to gain a clear understanding of customers' businesses and requirements.
    • Network with corporate and high net worth potential customers who can be captured as revenue generating customers.
    • Liaise with R&L, Security and Leasing for approvals of new business partners and provide excellent customer service and present full product knowledge to the potential clients to ensure maximum customer satisfaction.
    • Liaise with Government Authorities specially KHDA, Dubai Municipality, DHA, etc. for relevant approvals/NOC’s as required by the DTMFZA Authority.
    • Review and update all licensing segments and guidelines and provide accurate information to the management team relating to regulatory processes to ease business partners registration and renewal formalities.
    • Responding to partner queries/complaints and promptly coordination with Legal, Facilities Management, and Finance etc. on various partners issues related to invoicing, leasing legal issues, outstanding payments etc. and ensure the issues are resolved based on the SLA.
    • Ensure all administrative paperwork and system updates are accurate for ease of access and retrieval of department information.
    • Liaise with customers and ensure smooth settlement of customer issues and queries in order to increase customer satisfaction
  • Prepare and release relevant reports to provide Management with timely information to monitor the progress of sales against targets, for effective decision making and business growth

 

About you: 

The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:


  • Graduate degree in Business Management or similar
  • 2-3 years of Business Management experience where both business development and customer service were integral to the role.
