Job Description
- Drive enterprise-wide coordination across Automotive, Real Estate, Lifestyle & Adventures and Holdings, connecting multiple transformation workstreams.
- Act as the central integration point between Finance, IT, business leadership, external advisors and system integration partners.
- Own programme governance, maintaining clear oversight of milestones, dependencies, risks, budgets and critical deliverables.
- Enable executive decision-making through high-quality reporting, insights, escalation papers and materials for Steering and Board Committees.
- Create accountability across the programme, identifying risks early, resolving cross-functional dependencies and maintaining delivery momentum.
- 12+ years of relevant experience, with a strong track record leading complex, enterprise-wide transformation programmes and full-cycle ERP implementations.
- Demonstrable experience coordinating multiple business units, Finance, IT and external system integrators within large-scale programmes.
- Strong programme governance expertise spanning risk, dependencies, budgets, milestones, executive reporting and vendor management.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems, Engineering or a related discipline; a Master's degree is advantageous.
- PMP, PRINCE2, MSP or equivalent certification is preferred, alongside excellent English communication skills; Arabic would be an advantage
