Senior Enterprise Systems Product Manager Business Intelligence

Overview

MOGEL, on behalf of a growing, data-driven edtech organization, is seeking a Senior Enterprise Systems Product Manager (Business Intelligence) to lead the strategy, roadmap, and execution of enterprise BI and data capabilities.

This is a high-impact role at the intersection of business, data, and technology, focused on enabling smarter decision-making across the organization. You’ll drive initiatives that improve data accessibility, accelerate insights, and enhance key processes across the lead-to-cash lifecycle. Working closely with business stakeholders, data engineering, and analytics teams, you will deliver scalable, modern solutions that unlock the full value of data—including the use of AI and automation.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute the product roadmap for business intelligence and data solutions
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to identify business needs, define outcomes, and translate them into requirements
• Lead delivery of new BI capabilities and enhancements, including greenfield initiatives and system improvements
• Drive initiatives that improve data quality, consistency, governance, and usability
• Collaborate with engineering, analytics, and architecture teams to deliver scalable, user-friendly data solutions
• Facilitate discovery sessions and guide stakeholders through solution design and delivery planning
• Own and manage epics, user stories, and backlog prioritization within an Agile framework
• Monitor product performance through key metrics such as adoption, data accuracy, and delivery outcomes
• Identify opportunities to leverage AI, automation, and advanced analytics to accelerate insights and reduce manual processes
• Ensure solutions align with business processes, compliance requirements, and operational goals
• Communicate product vision, priorities, and trade-offs clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field
• 7+ years of experience in product management, enterprise systems, or consulting, including:
• 4+ years focused on data, analytics, or business intelligence solutions
• Proven experience managing product roadmaps and delivering enterprise-scale solutions
• Strong understanding of business intelligence concepts, data modeling, and reporting strategies
• Experience working with enterprise platforms such as Salesforce and/or NetSuite
• Hands-on experience with modern data platforms (e.g., Snowflake or similar) and BI tools (e.g., Power BI or similar)
• Familiarity with AI/automation use cases in data and analytics environments
• Experience working in Agile environments (Scrum or SAFe); CSPO preferred
• Strong ability to translate between business needs and technical solutions
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills
• Self-starter with strong prioritization and problem-solving abilities
