Preparation of baseline schedule for buildings and infra projectsCost and resource loading of baseline schedulesWeekly schedule updates and preparation of reportsIdentify potential delays/slippages and conduct impact analysisCoordination with the site teams & other stakeholders for schedule communication, alignment and data collectionFacilitate coordination between the project sites, manufacturing units and any other in-house entities.Prepare daily, weekly and monthly reports for the managementPresent critical issues and mitigation strategies in review meetingsMaintain records of baselines, revised schedules and updatesSupport manpower planning based on project timelinesAssist in preparing the resource rolling plans & productivity monitoring.Support preparation/ evaluation of delay analysisSupport digitalization initiative in the planning function.
