Senior Engineer - Assets Reliability & Systems - Electronics

What you’ll deliver

•Youll conduct reliability assessments and failure analysis for ELV systems, including SCADA and BMS Systems.

•Youll develop and implement reliability improvement plans to enhance asset performance and reduce downtime.

•Youll lead root cause investigations and recommend corrective and preventive actions.

•Youll collaborate with maintenance and operations teams to optimize maintenance strategies and asset lifecycle management.

•Youll monitor health and performance trends through data analysis and reliability tools.

•Youll contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to ensure safe, efficient, and reliable airport operations. 

What you bring

•You should be educated to a Bachelor’s Degree in Electronics Engineer or related , acquired 5– 7 years of relevant & overall experience 

•You’ll have knowledge of equipment Criticality & risk based maintenance approaches, such as FMECA, REM; Root Cause Analysis

•You’ll have knowledge in one of the applicable engineering systems (eg.LV,MV electrical,HVAC,Mechanic,SpecialSystems, Instrumentation&Control, Structural,Airfield)

•Youll have good understanding of Maximo CMMS from user point of view.

•Youll have written and verbal proficiency in English language

•Youll have strong understanding of reliability engineering principles, root cause analysis, and condition monitoring techniques.

•Youll have proficiency in reliability tools and software systems.

•Youll have excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical information into clear insights for stakeholders at all levels.

•Youll have skills in preparing presentations and reports for different management levels, effectively communicating technical findings and recommendations.

•Youll have experience in managing projects and coordinating with contractors to ensure timely and quality delivery.

•Youll be able to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary environment.

•Youll have certification in reliability or maintenance engineering (e.g., CMRP, CRE) will be an added advantage.
