Job Description

The HR/SCM/Operation Manager plays a pivotal role in ensuring seamless operations within an organization by balancing strategic planning with operational excellence across HR, Supply Chain Management, and Operations functions. This managerial position demands an effective leader with a comprehensive understanding of human resources policies, supply chain strategies, and day-to-day operations management. The successful candidate will be instrumental in optimizing processes, managing workforce capabilities, and ensuring the supply chain is efficient and responsive. Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement HR policies that support strategic business objectives.
  • Supervise and improve supply chain procedures to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Plan and manage logistics, warehouse, transportation, and customer services activities.
  • Oversee recruitment and staffing for optimal alignment with company goals.
  • Identify and resolve discrepancies or issues in order to streamline operations.
  • Collaborate with other departments to forecast and meet production demands.
  • Analyze operation performance metrics and prepare reports for management review.
  • Foster a positive workplace culture through effective HR management strategies.
  • Lead teams in implementing regulatory compliance and best practices within SCM.
  • Manage budgets, negotiate contracts, and ensure cost-effective measures across operations.
  • Conduct training sessions to bolster employee skills in SCM and operations management.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives and implement change management strategies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field.
  • Proven experience in HR, Supply Chain Management, and Operations roles.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills are essential for this role.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail required.
  • Ability to develop strategic plans and translate them to actionable tasks.
  • Exceptional communication skills for effective collaboration across departments.
  • Proficiency in supply chain software and Human Resource Management Systems (HRMS).
