The Senior District Manager is responsible for leading and developing Ego’s integrated Retail and Medical commercial team to achieve sales, distribution, visibility, and execution excellence across the district. This role manages a diverse team requiring strong coaching, clear expectation setting, and the ability to build a cohesive, values-driven, high-performance culture. This role will consistently demonstrate and represent the Ego values and spirit to our internal and external partners.
The Senior District Manager holds full commercial accountability for the district’s performance, including:
Delivering sales targets and driving sustainable growth.
Strengthening execution excellence across pharmacies and medical centers through disciplined sales processes and field-force effectiveness standards.
Building capability, discipline, and motivation within the field team through structured coaching, performance management, and development plans.
Managing and optimizing relationships with key accounts, HCPs, KTLs, and distributor partners to unlock opportunities and remove barriers.
Ensuring effective and compliant use of allocated resources, budgets, samples, and activation investments to maximize ROI.
Leading successful execution of established and new product lines with balanced prioritization across the portfolio and clear strategic direction.
Embedding a data-driven culture by utilizing dashboards, analytics, and field insights to guide decision-making, improve forecasting, and support management with actionable performance analysis.

Conduct structured field coaching for both Retail and Medical teams.
Create tailored development plans to support capability building for early-career reps.
Re-engage disengaged individuals through clarity, accountability, and support.
Identify and stretch high-potential reps to accelerate growth.
Establish rhythm: monthly 1:1s, team meetings, coaching days, and in-field follow-up.
Ensure alignment to KPIs for execution, coverage, quality, and sales.
Customer Management
Build strong relationships with Pharmacy Managers, Supervisors, Store Managers, and chain headquarters.
Lead retail execution: SOS, OSA, ND, planogram compliance, pricing integrity.
Tailor activation plans by chain and by segment.
Address visibility gaps and negotiate improved retail positioning.
Build and maintain strong relationships with Dermatologists, Pediatricians, and regional KTLs.
Support scientific communication and sampling strategies.
Ensure medical reps execute quality visits focused on influence, education, and long-term advocacy.
BUSINESS PERFORMANCE, INSIGHTS & ANALYTICS
Own district performance, ensuring targets are met across all product lines.
Analyze trends weekly/monthly to identify risks and opportunities early.
Build accurate forecasts across Retail + Medical.
Understand POS, IMS, SOS/OSA metrics, distribution data, and competitor activity.
Present insights and recommend corrective actions with urgency and clarity.
Ensure the team builds strong local business plans
STRATEGIC EXECUTION & RESOURCE MANAGEMENT
Lead flawless execution of all new launches.
Allocate samples, budgets, and promotional materials based on ROI and segmentation.
Ensure consistent coverage based on call capacity benchmarks.
Coordinate closely with Marketing, Training, and Medical Affairs.
Ensure field teams understand and communicate product positioning clearly.
Customer Management

Review stock, expiry, DIFOT, and weekly sell-out reports.
Align monthly priorities, execution focus, and JBP targets.
Provide early visibility on forecast risks, supply delays.
Resolve operational issues collaboratively and quickly.
SKILLS: Qualification Requirement
Bachelor degree in related field (e.g., medical, science or pharmaceutical)
Postgraduate studies or certifications in business, leadership, or commercial management are an advantage.

Comfortable with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Salesforce, and analytical platforms such as Power BI.

PHYSICAL CAPABILITY REQUIREMENTS: Frequent travel across Abu Dhabi & Al Ain; Ability to lift/store promotional materials and stock as needed; Comfortable conducting multiple store and clinic visits per day.
TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS: Travel for national meetings, training, and cross-emirate coordination.
WORK PATTERN: Empowered to manage time appropriately; maintain visibility with team and organization
