Where Is The Work

On-Site (5 days)

Job Summary:

Responsible for supporting aftermarket parts operations through accurate product data maintenance, technical document interpretation, and structured problem‑solving. This role supports North America Trane Supply by assisting with cross‑system data validation to ensure reliable and consistent information across aftermarket systems. HVAC experience is preferred but not required. The position requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to learn technical concepts while working in a fast‑paced, multi‑tasking environment.



Responsibilities: 

  • Review and interpret technical documents, drawings, specifications, and product information to support daily aftermarket operations.
  • Maintain accurate and complete product data across internal systems, ensuring consistency, quality, and proper documentation.
  • Perform data validation, error checking, and information updates to support reliable decision‑making and smooth operational workflows.
  • Analyze product information, technical attributes, and system records to resolve questions, support troubleshooting, and improve data clarity.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams across regions to collect information, clarify requirements, and provide timely support.
  • Assist with process improvement initiatives, automation activities, and efficiency enhancements to reduce manual work.
  • Contribute to projects and continuous improvement efforts by identifying issues, proposing solutions, and supporting implementation.

Required

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Information Management, or related field.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy when working with technical data.
  • Basic understanding of mechanical components or willingness to learn HVAC concepts.
  • Proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, filters, basic data cleanup).
  • Ability to read and understand English technical documents; CET‑4 minimum.
  • Good communication skills and willingness to work with cross‑regional teams.

Preferred

  • Experience in product data maintenance, parts operations, pricing, or master data management.
  • Familiarity with ERP/PLM systems (Oracle, SAP, Teamcenter, Windchill).
  • Experience with data governance, content management, or technical documentation.
  • CET‑6 or equivalent English proficiency.
