Overview

The Senior Designer will be responsible for conceptualizing and executing big ideas that can add value to clients, projects and 360-degree advertising campaigns.

The focus will be on creating visually impactful designs that align with the agencys and clients objectives and resonate with the target audience.

The role requires a proactive spirit and resourcefulness in pursuing world-class design ideas.

Responsibilities

Main Tasks

Technical & Product

  • Stay updated on the latest design trends, technologies, and platforms relevant to the advertising industry.
  • Utilize technical expertise and tools to create visually stunning designs that amplify the impact of 360-degree campaigns.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Art Directors and Copywriters, to ensure seamless integration of design elements across various touchpoints.
  • Be the guardian of the brand(s) you will be responsible for, understanding and protecting their guidelines and best design practices to ensure brand consistency and quality control on every project.
  • Expert proficiency in industry-standard design software, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • In-depth understanding of the conceptualization and execution of big ideas within the context of 360-degree campaigns.
  • Good-to-have skills: video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro), and motion graphics tools (e.g., Adobe After Effects).
  • Knowledge of social media platforms, their design requirements, and the ability to create engaging visuals tailored to each platform.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with Art Directors and Copywriters to develop cohesive campaign concepts.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment without compromising quality or attention to detail.
  • Proven resourcefulness and proactive attitude in exploring new design techniques and pushing creative boundaries.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills to effectively work with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong time management and organizational abilities to deliver projects on time.
  • Ability to adapt to evolving project requirements and priorities.
  • Extras that could be a differentiation: Proficiency in 3D design software (e.g., Cinema 4D, Blender),

Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.

Proven 5-8 years of experience working as a Graphic Designer in an advertising agency or similar creative environment.

Strong portfolio demonstrating the ability to conceptualize and execute high-impact designs for 360-degree campaigns.
