Senior Data Management Engineer

Envision Employment Solutions is currently looking for a Senior Data Management Engineer for one of our partners, a global leader in the IT Services and IT Consulting.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Senior Data Management Engineer / Senior Data Engineer with strong experience in data architecture, integration, and transformation, particularly with Informatica. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing end-to-end data solutions that enable data accessibility, quality, and governance across the enterprise.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into scalable, reliable, and secure data systems.

Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and maintain data pipelines and ETL processes using Informatica
• Develop and optimize data integration workflows for structured and unstructured data
• Ensure data quality, consistency, and security across platforms
• Collaborate with business analysts, data architects, and developers to align data solutions with business needs
• Maintain documentation of data flows, processes, and systems
• Troubleshoot and resolve data-related issues and performance bottlenecks
• Participate in data modeling and architecture discussions

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
• 3 to 4 years of experience in data engineering or data management roles
• Strong hands-on experience with Informatica (PowerCenter, IDQ, or Cloud Data Integration)
• Proficiency in SQL and experience working with relational databases (Oracle, SQL Server, etc.)
• Solid understanding of data warehousing concepts and architecture
• Experience with data governance and metadata managemen
• Familiarity with cloud data platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus
• Excellent communication skills in English (Very Good Level)
• Being an Arabic speaker is a must.
