  • Collaborate across workstreams to deliver data solutions that address business needs.

What You Will Need For This Position

  • 6+ years of experience in data engineering, ETL development, or related roles.
  • Strong expertise in building and managing data pipelines using modern tools and frameworks.
  • Proficiency in SQL, Python, and data workflow orchestration platforms (e.g., Airflow, dbt).
  • Experience with cloud data platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
  • Strong understanding of data modeling, warehousing, and quality assurance.
  • Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, or a related field.
  • Ability to work independently and deliver high-quality solutions on tight timelines.

Key Metrics

  • Reduction in data pipeline latency and failure rates.
  • Delivery of weekly infrastructure improvements that enable new analytics capabilities.
  • Positive feedback from stakeholders on data reliability and accessibility.
  • Increased adoption of analytics and AI solutions powered by engineered datasets.
