Responsibilities

• Develop detailed cost estimates and cost plans for MEP projects.

• Monitor project budgets and provide regular financial updates to stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations in cost management practices.
• Collaborate with project managers and engineers to optimize cost efficiency.
• Perform risk assessments and develop strategies to mitigate financial risks.
• Oversee change control processes and manage cost implications efficiently.
• Prepare and present detailed project cost reports and forecasts to clients.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in cost management for MEP projects.
• Proven track record of successful project cost management in construction.
• Strong knowledge of MEP systems and relevant industry regulations.
• Exceptional analytical skills and attention to detail in cost estimation.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills for engaging with stakeholders.
• Proficiency in cost management software and tools such as MS Excel.
