We are currently supporting a well-established PSF in Luxembourg in its search for a Senior Corporate Officer to join a small and experienced team. The structure has developed a solid position on the market and works with a diversified financial client base, including regulated funds, SPVs and holding companies.

Your Responsibilities | PSF - Corporate - Compliance - Legal

• You will manage the full corporate lifecycle of entities (mainly funds and holdings), from incorporation to liquidation.
• You will handle the day-to-day corporate administration of your portfolio with a high level of autonomy.
• You will organize and coordinate board and shareholder meetings, including related documentation.
• You will be involved in transfer agency tasks, including the follow-up of investors.
• You will review compliance-related matters in collaboration with the dedicated function.
• You will act as a point of contact for internal stakeholders and external partners such as clients, banks and notaries.
  
  

Profile and Career Path | PSF - Corporate - Compliance - Legal

• You have at least 5 years of experience as a Corporate Officer within a PSF or service provider in Luxembourg.
• You have already worked with funds and holding structures, allowing you to handle files with confidence.
• You are fluent in English, French is considered an advantage.
• You are comfortable working autonomously, while remaining involved in team interactions.
• You have a good understanding of compliance and transfer agency, or are willing to develop these skills further.
