Senior Copywriter

About the Opportunity:

This team is seeking a Senior Copywriter to create persuasive and high-impact copy, primarily focusing on writing and editing scripts for video sales letters to drive significant revenue growth.

Responsibilities:

• Write and edit scripts for long-form video and text sales letters

• Develop deep understanding of various products and brands requiring content

• Continuously refine copy to increase conversions and customer acquisition

• Create copy for upsell funnel pages, ads, landing pages, and related projects

• Produce scalable Facebook and YouTube ad creative

• Edit and proofread colleagues’ writing

• Conduct research to ensure content accuracy

• Provide creative direction on key projects, including video shoots when applicable

• Support and mentor junior copywriters

• Collaborate closely with media buyers, video editors, and product development teams

Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of consumer psychology and persuasive writing

• Extensive research experience using primary sources

• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

• Excellent writing, editing, and attention to detail

• Effective time-management skills

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience required

• Preferred majors: Journalism, English, Creative Writing, Screenwriting, Marketing, or Communications

• Minimum 5 years of professional, high-volume creative writing experience in sales or direct response copywriting

Compensation:

• Base salary range: $91,000 to $121,400

• Additional annual and monthly KPI bonus potential
