We are seeking a skilled and motivated WSO2 Identity Server Application Support and Administrator to join our Platform services Department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the administration, support, and maintenance of the WSO2 Identity Server, ensuring seamless operation of the integrated applications. Key Responsibilities
Administration and Configuration oManage and configure WSO2 Identity Server to meet the organizations requirements.oDesigned and implemented customizations and extensions to meet the customer’s business needs & ensuring the seamless integration with existing systems.oManaged the deployment of WSO2 Identity Server across multiple environments, adhering WSO2 deployment best practices for performance and security.o Extensive experience in designing and maintaining high-availability, fault-tolerant IAM infrastructures with a strong focus on reliability and scalability.oDeep understanding of cloud-native architectures, Docker, openshift, container orchestration, and microservices-based deployments.oDemonstrates extensive experience in implementing, deploying, and maintaining IAM solutions using the WSO2 Identity Server product.
Support and Troubleshooting
Provide technical support for WSO2 Identity Server, including diagnosing and resolving issues, performing root cause analysis, and implementing corrective actions.
Security
Implement and maintain security best practices, including multi-factor authentication (MFA), adaptive authentication, and secure token management.
Monitoring and Reporting
Monitor system performance, generate reports, and ensure high availability and reliability of the identity server.
Documentation
Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for configurations, processes, and procedures related to WSO2 Identity Server.
Collaboration
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, security analysts, and IT operations, to ensure seamless integration and operation of identity services.Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Proven experience in administering and supporting WSO2 Identity Server.
Strong understanding of identity and access management (IAM) concepts and protocols
Experience with user provisioning, role-based access control (RBAC), and multi-factor authentication (MFA).
Proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to identity services.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.Preferred Skills
Experience with other WSO2 products, such as WSO2 API Manager or WSO2 Enterprise Integrator.
Knowledge of scripting languages (e.g., Python, Bash) for automation tasks.
Familiarity with containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Openshift).
