We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Construction Project Manager (Reference: 22O25) to lead our dynamic team and oversee a variety of construction projects from inception to completion. As a Senior Construction Project Manager, you will be at the helm of complex projects, ensuring regulatory compliance, facilitating communication across teams, and driving projects to successful completion.

Responsibilities

• Direct and oversee construction projects from conception through to completion.
• Develop and implement detailed project plans and control procedures.
• Coordinate and lead project meetings, distributing necessary action items.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, codes, and regulations.
• Manage project budgets, monitor expenditures, and implement cost-saving measures.
• Assess project risks, develop mitigation plans, and resolve issues as they arise.
• Lead and mentor project team members, fostering a collaborative work environment.
• Establish and maintain relationships with clients, vendors, and stakeholders.
• Create and present detailed progress reports and performance data to stakeholders.
• Supervise all on-site and off-site constructions and monitor compliance with building and safety regulations.
• Negotiate terms, conditions, and contracts with vendors and sub-contractors.
• Ensure all necessary permits and licenses have been obtained before project execution.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field required.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in construction project management.
• Proven track record managing large-scale and complex construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction management processes, means, and methods.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence others.
• Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings and specifications.
