Senior Commercial Manager - Car Park

The Project

Mace is providing client-side secondment consultants and PMC services across a significant portfolio of high-value developments inclusive of significant infrastructure. The projects are at various stages of the development cycle and need to be managed through planning, design, procurement, and delivery.

Mace is one of the delivery partners requiring high-calibre and experienced professionals to lead integrated teams throughout each phase of the project.

You’ll Be Responsible For

• Oversee preparation, execution, and compliance of contracts, warranties, bonds, and licenses.
• Ensure accurate valuations, variation adjustments, and strong cost control with clear reporting.
• Supervise monthly post-contract cost reports and present insights to clients.
• Evaluate contractor claims, advise on completion certificates, and negotiate final accounts.
• Lead and coach teams, driving performance, technical development, and continuous improvement.
• Build strong stakeholder relationships and champion net zero carbon transition in project delivery.
  
  

You’ll Need To Have

• Proven experience working on high valued and standalone Car Park projects in the UAE.
• Proven experience in commercial management, risk management, and change control.
• Strong knowledge of contracts, measurement methods, and BIM applications.
• Skilled in negotiation, analysis, digital tools, and sustainability practices.
• Professional membership or working towards MRICS/RICS (or equivalent).
