How You’ll Make an Impact

As a Senior Client Services Manager at Epsilon, you will be the driving force behind client success, leading a diverse portfolio of high-profile brands. Reporting to senior leadership and collaborating with 12 cross-functional teams, you will deliver innovative digital marketing strategies that maximise client revenue and align with omnichannel indicators. You’ll be at the forefront of shaping client strategies, demonstrating Epsilon’s advanced digital marketing and MarTech solutions to create measurable value and develop client retention and growth.

The role is highly collaborative, working with various internal and external partners to integrate and deliver objective-based solutions.

Role Overview

The Senior Client Services Manager will drive client growth and adoption of Epsilon’s DSP solutions by developing strategic relationships, expanding media investment, and unlocking new data-driven activation opportunities across key accounts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and grow strategic client relationships, identifying opportunities to expand the adoption of Epsilon’s DSP and identity-led media solutions
  • Drive revenue growth through proactive client development
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, translating business objectives into data-driven media strategies
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver best-in-class campaign execution and performance outcomes
  • Lead client business reviews with performance insights, optimization strategies, and incremental growth opportunities
  • Educate clients and agency partners on Epsilon’s differentiated DSP capabilities, identity resolution, and closed-loop measurement
  • Monitor account health, forecast revenue growth, and ensure long-term client satisfaction and retention

Who You Are

    • 3-6 years’ experience in digital marketing, MarTech, and project management.
