As a Senior Client Relationship Manager in our banking division, you will be at the forefront of client interactions, responsible for nurturing and managing key relationships with our high-value clients. Your role is crucial in ensuring client satisfaction, driving client-centric solutions, and identifying growth opportunities for both clients and the bank. You will serve as the primary point of contact, leveraging insights into clients’ strategic objectives to advise and offer banking solutions that align with their goals. Furthermore, you will collaborate with various departments to streamline client requests and enhance service delivery. This position requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills and in-depth knowledge of financial products, and who can work effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and strengthen long-term relationships with key banking clients.
  • Act as the primary liaison between clients and our banking services team.
  • Identify client needs and tailor banking solutions to meet those needs.
  • Monitor client accounts to ensure seamless and outstanding banking experiences.
  • Conduct regular meetings with clients to discuss their financial goals and challenges.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to address client queries efficiently and effectively.
  • Drive client engagement and retention through strategic relationship management.
  • Identify and assess business development opportunities with existing clients.
  • Develop strategic account plans to boost client satisfaction and bank growth.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements ensuring client satisfaction and compliance.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends to offer clients innovative solutions.
  • Prepare and present client relationship reports to senior management.


Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum of 7 years experience in client relationship management in banking.
  • Extensive knowledge of banking products, services, and financial markets.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for client interactions.
  • Strong negotiation skills and the ability to close deals effectively.
  • Proven track record of managing and strengthening client relationships.
  • Ability to work independently and make strategic decisions under pressure.
