Job Details

• Work either remote from CA or hybrid remote in Pasadena
• Manage a diverse caseload of general civil litigation matters which may include business disputes, land use, real estate litigation, fiduciary and trust-related litigation, probate, elder law, employment, healthcare, and public agency disputes
• Represent individuals, fiduciaries, public entities, and business clients in local, state, and federal courts, as well as administrative tribunals
• Handle all aspects of litigation, including investigation, pleadings, discovery, motion practice, trial, and post-judgment proceedings
• Pursue creative and value-driven solutions through settlement negotiation, mediation, arbitration, and litigation when necessary
• Work closely with Partners on complex litigation matters while mentoring junior attorneys and litigation staff
• Contribute to business development and client relationship management
  

Looking For:

• J.D. and licensed to practice in California
• Minimum 4 years of litigation experience
• Trial preparation and courtroom experience strongly preferred
• Experience representing fiduciaries, public entities, or business clients a plus
