Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee all phases of civil engineering projects, ensuring successful completion.

• Conduct site evaluations and prepare detailed engineering reports for stakeholders.

• Coordinate with architects, clients, and contractors to ensure project requirements are met.
• Conduct risk assessments and implement risk mitigation strategies as necessary.
• Oversee the preparation of design documents and construction drawings.
• Review and approve project designs, calculations, and cost estimates provided by the team.
• Communicate project progress and challenges effectively to stakeholders and team members.
• Negotiate project contracts and manage contractual obligations with vendors and contractors.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field is required.
• A minimum of 10 years of relevant civil engineering experience is essential.
• Proven track record of managing large-scale civil engineering projects successfully.
• Strong knowledge of civil engineering principles, codes, and standards is crucial.
• Excellent leadership and project management skills are necessary for this role.
• Proficiency in engineering design software such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, or similar.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license is required for this position.
